With over twenty-eight years of hospitality experience, combining professionalism with strong communication skills to support effective business operations. Paul is recognized for his ability to enhance performance, productivity, and regulatory compliance across hospitality environments. His expertise spans Accounting, Branding and Marketing, Information Technology, and Management, making him a valuable contributor to strategic and operational decision-making.
Tola Osunkiyesi
With over 40 years as a Finance and Management professional, Tola's career reflects a strong track record in corporate leadership, strategic financial management, and business development. His Executive Board positions at Costain (West Africa) Plc, DN Meyer Plc and Triple Gee Plc speaks volumes of his vast experience in Finance, sales, marketing and General Management. Appointed as Managing Director of CEPSL, Tola A. Osunkiyesi is widely respected for his leadership, integrity, and deep understanding of financial systems and corporate governance in both emerging and established markets and he brings a wealth of experience to the Executive team of CEPSL
Rudi Janse van Rensburg
With 30+ years in hospitality, Rudi is responsible for operational excellence and quality assurance across our hotel portfolio. An award-winning former General Manager, he now leads performance for premium international hotels and resorts. He specializes in strategic growth, asset value creation, and operational transformation, having successfully opened and repositioned over 25 hotels including Marriott and Renaissance flagships.
John Eseigbe
John Eseigbe is the Chief Accountant at BON Hospitality West Africa Limited with over 25 years of experience in hospitality accounting. His working career spans Olusola Adekanola & Co (Chartered Accountants), Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc before his foray into various accounting roles in hotel management where he quickly showed his financial prowess and mastery. He has worked with various hotels, including Protea Hotel Oakwood, Protea Hotel by Marriott both Nigeria and Ghana, Le Meridian Ibom hotel and Golf resort, Intercontinental Hotels Lagos and currently BON Hospitality West Africa Limited. He is a known for his financial shrewdness, strong analytical skills, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. He's a Fellow of ICAN (FCA) and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACIT).
Sandra Ogbahor
Sandra Ogbahor is a hospitality strategist with extensive pre-opening expertise, brand-led approach. She helps hospitality brands build strong foundations, refine positioning, and improve visibility through commercially focused strategies that turn insight into long term growth and results. An alumna of Lagos State University, Sandra serves as Deputy Director, Commercial and Special Duties at BON Hospitality West Africa Limited. Her experience spans new hotel openings, with a focus on strengthening stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and consistent performance. She is recognised for her hard work, perseverance, diligence, and commitment to the causes she believes in.
Catherine Edeigba
Catherine Edeigba is a dynamic finance and administrative executive with extensive experience in administration, corporate affairs, accounting and organisational management. She holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA in Human Resources Management. She began her career at the Federal Road Safety Corps, where she helped improve administrative processes and systems, had a stint at Emmanuel Adebowale & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where she gained valuable technical and professional experience. In 2017, Catherine joined BON Hospitality West Africa and currently serves as Head of Corporate Affairs / Admin Manager, a position that places her at the heart of BON’s operations and strategic direction. Catherine is recognised for her people first leadership style, ensuring that systems run smoothly while colleagues feel supported and valued.
Belinda Okorigbo
With a Bachelors of law and a Master’s degree in Management, Belinda brings a unique combination of legal expertise and strategic business leadership to CEPSL. With over 9 years of extensive experience across the legal and real estate sectors, she has advised clients on complex legal and commercial matters, managed property transactions, ensured regulatory compliance whilst delivering practical solutions that support business growth. Her expertise spans legal advisory, contract negotiation, real estate consulting, risk management and business development. Combining strong analytical skills with a client focused approach, she is committed to delivering innovative and result driven solutions while fostering lasting relationships built on professionalism, integrity and trust.
